1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dolside.AI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Dolside.AI provides AI-powered SaaS tools, workflow automation systems, and custom AI solutions designed for businesses.
These terms apply to all users, including clients, partners, and trial users.
2. Services Provided
Dolside.AI offers:
Custom AI automation systems and chatbots
SaaS workflow solutions
CRM, data, and analytics automation
Integration with third-party apps and APIs
Consulting, setup, and audits
Each project may include:
A setup fee, covering development and onboarding
A monthly subscription for hosting, maintenance, and support
Optionally, a commission-based model based on performance or lead generation
3. Account and Access
To use certain services, you must create an account or provide access credentials.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
Ensuring that your use complies with these terms
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Dolside.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or non-compliance.
4. Payments and Pricing
All payments are due as specified on your invoice or checkout page.
4.1 Setup Fee
The setup fee covers the creation, configuration, and delivery of your custom solution.
This fee is non-refundable once initial work has begun.
4.2 Subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
Failure to pay may result in service suspension after a grace period of 5 days.
4.3 Commissions
In some cases (e.g., lead generation or automation ROI tracking), Dolside.AI may charge a commission on performance metrics agreed upon in writing before implementation.
4.4 Currency and Taxes
All prices are in USD or EUR, excluding applicable taxes (VAT, local sales tax, etc.).
Clients outside the EU are responsible for any import or VAT obligations.
5. Refund Policy
Because our services are custom-built, Dolside.AI generally does not offer refunds after project initiation or subscription renewal.
Partial refunds may be issued solely at our discretion in cases of proven service failure.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, workflows, automation systems, and designs developed by Dolside.AI remain the intellectual property of Dolside Group, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients receive a license to use the delivered systems as long as their subscription is active and payments are up to date.
Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of Dolside.AI systems without authorization is strictly prohibited.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate data and access necessary for system configuration
Refrain from using Dolside.AI services for illegal, unethical, or abusive purposes
Ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) for their own users
8. Service Availability and Maintenance
Dolside.AI aims for high uptime and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
Dolside.AI is not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, force majeure, or client misconfiguration.
9. Data Protection
Dolside.AI complies with:
EU GDPR,
UK GDPR, and
US Privacy Acts (CCPA, CPRA, etc.)
Client data is processed securely and used only to deliver services, improve systems, and comply with legal requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Dolside.AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
This includes data loss, downtime, or third-party errors beyond our control.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Dolside.AI may immediately suspend or terminate service in case of:
Unpaid invoices
Breach of these Terms
Illegal or abusive use of the system
Upon termination:
Access to SaaS tools will be revoked
Data may be retained for legal compliance for up to 90 days
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all non-public information (client data, business processes, pricing, etc.) strictly confidential, even after contract termination.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by:
French and EU law for EU-based clients
UK law for UK-based clients
Applicable US state laws (California, Virginia, Colorado, etc.) for US-based clients
Any dispute shall be handled by the Tribunal Judiciaire de Mulhouse (France) or the relevant jurisdiction depending on the client’s location.
14. Modifications
Dolside.AI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated via email or displayed on our website.
